Project Description
Every family deserves access to essential food and the peace of mind that comes with knowing there is food on the table. Yet some low-income and vulnerable families in Kuwait face ongoing challenges in meeting their basic household needs.
Through the Majalat Al Khair project, Namaa Charity, affiliated with the Social Reform Society, aims to provide food baskets to underprivileged and most-needy families across Kuwait.
Each basket contains essential food staples, including basmati rice, flour, pasta, vermicelli, oats, lentils, canned beans, chickpeas, and tuna. These supplies help families meet some of their everyday food needs and ease the financial pressure of household expenses.
The importance of the project
Access to essential food is a basic need, yet vulnerable families may struggle to afford their monthly groceries amid rising living expenses. The Majalat Al Khair project helps address part of this challenge by providing food baskets containing essential household staples.
