1. Methods of Donating at Namaa Charity at the Social Reform Society:
Namaa Charity at the Social Reform Society issues an ID card to each employee working in fundraising, detailing their personal information. This makes it easier for donors to identify themselves.
When making a donation, a receipt is issued to the donor for the amount of the donation, regardless of its value. If the donation is in gold or silver, the weight and carat are indicated on the receipt.
Donors should carefully review the receipt information, which is stamped with the Namaa Charity seal at the Social Reform Society, and verify the accuracy of the information before leaving the donation location. You can also donate through our website, Khair Online, or request our representative to complete the donation process.

2. Donors have the right to:
Know the start date of the charitable project, its duration, and its expected completion date.

Provide email and other means of communication to enhance communication and speed up the delivery of periodic reports, as well as reduce the costs of traditional means of communication such as paper publications.

4. Stopping Bank Deductions:
The monthly deduction is a financial transaction between the donor and their bank. Namaa Charity at the Social Reform Society, as an intermediary, is keen to follow up on the deduction in the event of its suspension. Therefore, Namaa Charity at the Social Reform Society contacts the deductor if the deduction is suspended for one month and informs them of the suspension. This allows them to contact their bank to determine the reasons for the suspension and take steps to continue it.

Namaa Charity at the Social Reform Society updates the costs of its projects annually, based on price changes in the areas of operation.
