The “Water Provision Project” aims to install water coolers in public areas across Kuwait  such as mosques, markets, schools, and hospitals — to provide clean and cold drinking water for passersby, workers, and students, especially during hot weather.
It is considered a form of ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah), reflecting mercy and generosity in a simple yet deeply impactful way.
