“Namaa” provides clothing to more than 1,100 families in Gaza

The Namaa Charity, affiliated with the Social Reform Society, distributed clothing to over 1,100 of the most vulnerable families in the Gaza Strip, along with 220 vegetable baskets in the northern part of the Strip, benefiting approximately 1,200 people. These initiatives are part of Namaa's ongoing efforts to support the Palestinian people and alleviate the suffering of affected families.

Abdulaziz Al-Kandari, Deputy CEO of Namaa, told KUNA that "these initiatives come in light of the difficult humanitarian conditions faced by the people of the Gaza Strip, and the continued suffering of families due to food shortages and lack of basic necessities." He emphasized the commitment to delivering relief aid to those most in need.

Al-Kandari explained that "the vegetable basket distribution project is part of the urgent humanitarian response to the harsh living conditions faced by residents of northern Gaza, given the severe shortage of food supplies. The project has contributed to providing fresh food to the most vulnerable families, especially children and the elderly."

He explained that "the clothing distribution project aims to alleviate the burdens of daily life and bring joy to Palestinian families amidst the difficult humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip," noting that "field teams worked to deliver aid according to organized mechanisms that ensure the support reaches those who need it." He emphasized the continuation of relief and humanitarian projects in the Gaza Strip, thanks to the generosity of donors from across the country, and called for intensified efforts to support the residents and alleviate their suffering in light of the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
