Namaa Charity distributes hundreds of food baskets in Egypt as part of the "Iftar Saem" project.

The Kuwaiti Namaa Charity Society announced the distribution of hundreds of meals and food baskets to needy families in Egypt as part of the "Iftar Saem" project during the month of Ramadan, in cooperation with the Misr El Kheir Foundation.
Khaled Al-Shamri, Director of the Relief Department at Namaa Charity, said in a press statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA): The project included the distribution of 1,530 Ramadan baskets in the governorates of Qena and Sohag in southern Egypt, in addition to the distribution of meals and fresh meat to ensure that needy families receive a complete food ration.
He added that the Iftar Saem project focuses on assisting residents of villages and areas most in need, indicating that the project in Egypt is part of a series of Ramadan projects implemented by Namaa Charity to support needy families and alleviate their suffering during the holy month.
Al-Shamri explained that the project comes in response to the call of humanitarian duty and embodies the values ​​of social solidarity urged by the true Islamic religion. He praised the level of cooperation with Misr El Kheir Foundation in the field of charitable work. He commended the efforts of the work team and volunteers who contributed to delivering aid to needy families in Qena and Sohag in Upper Egypt, alleviating their hardships during fasting.
