Namaa Charity congratulated the Undersecretary for Affairs... Al-Kandari: A step that strengthens the ministry's partnership with the charitable sector
Abdulaziz Al-Kandari, Deputy CEO of Namaa Charity at the Social Reform Society, congratulated Dr. Khaled Amer Hamad Al-Ajmi on the issuance of the Amiri Decree appointing him as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs. He emphasized that this decision reflects the confidence in his competence and practical experience gained during his years of work at the ministry.
Al-Kandari said: "The Ministry of Social Affairs represents the primary incubator for the charitable sector in Kuwait, and the new appointment comes at a time when we need greater coordination and integration between official and civil society efforts to achieve the best social and humanitarian impact."
He explained that Namaa Charity sees the next phase as an opportunity to enhance cooperation with the ministry on issues affecting the underprivileged, orphans, and students, in addition to the sustainable development programs implemented by the society inside and outside Kuwait.
Al-Kandari added that enhancing transparency, governance, and digital innovation in charitable work are among Namaa's priorities. These goals complement the Ministry of Social Affairs' efforts to develop the social work environment to serve Kuwaiti society and enhance the reputation of Kuwaiti charitable work globally. He emphasized that Kuwait's experience in the field of endowments and humanitarian aid has received regional and international acclaim, and that close cooperation between the Ministry and charitable organizations will contribute to consolidating this leadership and achieving the strategic objectives of Kuwait Vision 2035.
Al-Kandari indicated that Namaa Charity, part of the Social Reform Society, will continue its role as an active partner in implementing development and relief programs, while ensuring that it operates within professional and institutional frameworks that align with the Ministry's standards.
He concluded his statement by saying, "We ask God to grant Dr. Khaled Al-Ajmi success in his new mission, and we affirm that Namaa Charity will remain hand in hand with the Ministry of Social Affairs to serve the nation and society, and enhance Kuwait's humanitarian impact at home and abroad."
