“Namaa Charity” opened an integrated Islamic center in Tanzania to serve more than 250 beneficiaries
Namaa Charity, affiliated with the Social Reform Society, announced yesterday the opening of a comprehensive Islamic center in Dodoma, Tanzania. The 200-square-meter center will serve more than 250 beneficiaries.
Khaled Al-Shamari, Head of the Development and Relief Sector at Namaa Charity, told KUNA that the center is part of the society's strategy to support the most vulnerable communities and strengthen the role of educational and religious institutions in human development.
He added that the project was implemented in response to the needs of the people of Dodoma for comprehensive educational and religious facilities. He explained that the center includes a mosque that can accommodate approximately 170 worshippers, in addition to classrooms that can accommodate 80 male and female students for the study of the Holy Quran and Islamic sciences. Al-Shamari clarified that the project includes integrated service facilities that contribute to providing a suitable environment for learning and worship. He emphasized that Namaa Charity continues to implement its development projects in Africa to improve the quality of life and enhance social stability.
Namaa Charity continues to support Gaza residents by distributing food baskets, benefiting 1,000 people.
