Namaa Charity: 307,000 beneficiaries of the "Iftar for the Fasting" project in Kuwait and abroad

Namaa Charity, a branch of the Social Reform Society, announced the successful completion of its "Iftar for the Fasting" project, both within Kuwait and abroad. The project reached over 307,000 beneficiaries, reflecting the organization's commitment to supporting those most in need.

Promoting a Culture of Giving

Saad Al-Otaibi, CEO of Namaa Charity, explained that the project embodies the values ​​of compassion and solidarity, carrying a message of faith that reinforces a culture of giving. This was made possible through the generous support of Kuwaiti philanthropists, who played a pivotal role in bringing joy to the hearts of those in need.

He noted that the number of beneficiaries within Kuwait reached 131,000, while the number of beneficiaries abroad exceeded 177,000. The project was implemented in 19 countries, including Palestine and Yemen, as well as Sudanese refugee camps, as part of efforts aimed at reaching the most vulnerable segments of society.

Sustainability of Charitable Work

He explained that the project was not limited to external distribution, but also included supporting local efforts by providing breakfast meals inside hospitals, in appreciation of the medical staff's efforts and in support of patients and their families, reflecting the integration of roles between charitable work and official institutions.

Al-Otaibi emphasized that these initiatives embody the values ​​of compassion and community solidarity, and enhance the sustainability of charitable work, stressing Namaa Charity's commitment to implementing its projects according to the highest standards of transparency and accountability, to achieve a lasting humanitarian impact.
