The Namaa Charity Association, affiliated with the Social Reform Society, distributed 120 food baskets to the most vulnerable families in the Keys Yemkazi region of Tanzania.
Namaa Charity, affiliated with the Social Reform Society, implemented its humanitarian project, "Be a Help to Them," to alleviate the suffering of Syrian refugees and displaced persons in Turkey. The project included the distribution of 207 food baskets and heating fuel to 420 families.
Amidst the dire humanitarian conditions endured by the people of Gaza, where families suffer from food shortages, the bitter cold, and damage to their homes due to heavy rains, Namaa Charity – a social reform society – continues its urgent relief efforts through the “Be a Help to Them” project, embodying the meaning of solidarity in the most difficult circumstances.
As part of its ongoing humanitarian role and in fulfillment of its mission to stand with affected populations, Namaa Charity, affiliated with the Social Reform Society, continues its relief efforts in the Gaza Strip. This includes implementing a package of humanitarian projects such as distributing 100 food baskets and 100 sets of clothing to orphans and affected families, in addition to providing 30 shelter tents and 6,000 meals. These efforts address the escalating living needs amidst the harsh humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip.
On Wednesday, the Namaa Charitable Society, part of the Social Reform Society, in partnership with the Kuwait National Library, reopened its newly renovated Disability Section. This follows the completion of extensive restoration, furnishing, and equipping of the section, a step aimed at empowering people with disabilities and enhancing their access to knowledge.
As part of its humanitarian commitment and ongoing support for the most vulnerable communities, Namaa Charity, affiliated with the Social Reform Society, announced the implementation of a project to drill 10 water wells in the Bute District of the Mkurunga Region in the United Republic of Tanzania. This initiative is part of its efforts to enhance water security and achieve sustainable development in resource-scarce areas.
The National Human Rights Bureau signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Namaa Charity on Thursday to enhance cooperation in serving social welfare groups and working to consolidate human rights principles, in addition to developing reform, rehabilitation, and community empowerment programs.
